Application
Apply Liquid Lurex directly to the eyelids with the applicator and blend out immediately with fingertips or a brush for a sparkling wash of colour. For more intense coverage apply a second layer for seamless full coverage disco drama. Liquid Lurex can also be used as an eyeliner either using a small liner brush or blended as a smoky line along the upper and lower lash line for a subtle flash of shimmering colour.
Once set the shadow dries to a completely smudge proof finish and will not move. Most skin types will not need to use primer underneath however, if you have very oily eyelids you can use your usual eye primer underneath as it will not affect the look or finish. When the party’s over, I would recommend using an oil-based makeup remover for easy removal. Screw cap on firmly after use, to prevent the product from drying out.

Super easy to apply! I just applied a little on the lip and tapped it across with my finger. I did a few layers to really build up the color. This shade does not have as much glitter and sparkle as some other shades, though. Still very pretty.

This is my favorite shade in the Lurex line. It is stunning when worn either as part of a shadow look or as a one and done. That is how I use it most often. You end up with this beautiful gradation of color and when blending out the edges it takes on the look of a matte shadow in the crease while retaining its luster on the lid. Just a stellar product. It is so versatile. You can apply with a brush or your finger. I like to use a smaller blender or packer brush since I have hooded eyes. The product does not exaggerate the texture on my older eyelids, and I have zero creasing. I cannot speak to other people with oilier lids as mine are quite dry. Definitely will purchase again.

had heard so many people raving about this product and decided to try it myself. I had actually purchased one right after they launched but gave it as a gift and so had not tried it myself. I purchased several colors, and they all performed well. I also purchased some duplicate shades to share with my daughter, and she loves them also. So many of the shades are great for one and done looks. This shade is perfect for that application. I think I now have all but one of the shades and will undoubtedly buy that at some point. Hopefully more shades will follow as I would like a few different shades of taupe/beige/brown.

I love this color so much, I bought a second. Great formula, easy to apply and looks like you slaved over your eyes all day long. Lisa developed a winning formula in a product category that so many get wrong. I have no problems applying evenly and it wears all day.

The Lurex eyeshadow formula is so easy to work with, and the colors are stunning. I am in love with this shade in particular. It has a beautiful slightly green cast which l love with my dark brown eyes. I look forward to more shades in the future. I apply the shadow directly to my eyelid and blend it with a brush to get a nice blend. Once it sets down, it is budge proof for me. Love it.
